The Canadian Breeders Championship Eliminations - Mohawk Raceway (07/16/2010 & 07/17/2010)
Canada's top 3-year-old pacers and trotters competed in last week's elimations for the Canadian Breeders Championship at Mohawk. The filly pacers lined up behind the gate on Friday evening in two eliminations. In the opening split, Mc Taylor (Camluck) paced to a third place finish in the 1:51 mile. Ice Ice Baby (Modern Art) and Windsong Grand Ave (Camluck) finished second and third respectively in the second division. The time of the mile was 1:51.1. These fillies will line up with 7 other competitors in this week's $169,339 final.
Saturday evening saw the 3-year-old pacing colts go postward in two eliminations. Big Bay Point (Camluck) was a dominant gate-to-wire winner in a life's best of 1:49.4 in the first division. In the second division, Haul Away (Modern Art) and Toughest Of All (Camluck) finished second and third respectively. The time of the mile was 1:51.2. This week's final will go for a purse of $166,871.
Roses Are Red Eliminations - Mohawk Raceway (07/17/2010)
Dreamfair Eternal (Camluck) did what she does best, winning the elimination of the Roses Are Red in a time of 1:51.2. She will leave from post 4 in this week's $376,000 final.
OSS Grassroots - 3-Year-Old Colt Pacers - Hanover Raceway (07/17/2010)
Hanover Raceway hosted the 3-year-old colt pacers on Saturday evening. Top three finishes were turned in by the following:

Clinton Raceway hosted six divisions of the OSS Grassroots for 2-year-old colt pacers on Sunday afternoon. The following individuals turned in notable performances:
Division # 1 - Grande Seelster (Camluck/Glendale Kim) was a fast closing second in the opening division. The time of the mile was 2:00.1.
Division # 2 - Superbowl Party (Camluck) finished third in the 1:58.1 mile.
Division # 6 - Rileys Luck (Camluck) was a 2:01 winner in the final division. Lucky Encounter (Camluck) overcame a parked-out trip to finish second.

OSS Gold Final - 2-Year-Old Colt Pace - Mohawk Raceway (07/15/2010)
Mystician (Camluck) was an impressive winner in last night's $130,000 Gold Final at Mohawk. Pacing to victory in 1:52.1, Mystician has now won 2 of 3 lifetime starts and earned over $83,000. Mystician is the full brother to stakes winners Camystic p, 4, 1:49.4s ($779,728), Lucks Mistress p, 3, 1:53.1s ($616,605) & Fenman p, 1:49.4 ($387,956). Finishing third in the mile was Bullet Speed (Camluck).
OSS Grassroots - 2-Year-Old Colt Trot - Hiawatha Raceway (07/15/2010)

Whenuwishuponastar Pacing Series - Mohawk Raceway (07/15/2010)
The opening leg of the Whenuwishuponastar Pacing Series for 2-year-old filly pacers was contested last night at Mohawk. Lauren, a daughter of Modern Art, was a 2-1/2-length winner in the first of two divisions. The time of the mile was 1:54.2.
OSS Grassroots - 2-Year-Old Filly Pacers - Dresden Raceway (07/14/2010)
Dresden Raceway kicked off the OSS Grassroots season for the 2-year-old filly pacers on Wednesday afternoon. In the opening division, Smile Cam (Camluck) finished a fast-closing second, with Geneva Seelster (Western Maverick/Go Alberta Go) and Journey Seelster (Modern Art/Juno Laag) finishing third and fourth respectively. The time of the mile was 2:03.1.
In the third division, Lyons Susan (Camluck) closed from well off the pace to garner the victory in a time of 2:01.3. Finishing second in the mile was Just Artful (Modern Art), while Synergy Seelster (Mach Three/Silver Seven) rounded out the top three.
Village Janus (Modern Art) paced to victory in the fourth division in a fast 1:58.3.
At Tuesday's qualifiers at Mohawk, two Seelster bred 2-year-old fillies turned in winning performances. Starting things off was Harlow Seelster, a daughter of Ken Warkentin and the Angus Hall mare Hollywood Beauty 3, Q1:57.3s ($52,520), who trotted her mile in 2:03.3. Autumn Seelster, the Art Major first foal Alias Seelster p, 3, 1:51.2s ($196,459), paced to an impressive 1:57 win later on the card.
Last night at Mohawk, Tipsy Taters (Camluck) was a 1:54.2 victor in a non-winners pace for fillies & mares. Finishing second and third were Modern Beauty (Modern Art) and Elite Seelster (Intrepid Seelster/Eye To Eye).

OSS Gold Final - 2-Year-Old Filly Pace - Grand River Raceway (07/12/2010)
Modern Connection (Modern Art) is now 2 for 2, after winning last night's Gold final at Grand River. Pacing to a one-length victory in an impressive time of 1:55.3, Modern Connection has now banked $85,000 in her young career. Finishing third in the mile was the Camluck daughter, Montenegro. The next stop for the OSS Gold fillies will be on August 8 at Rideau Carleton Raceway.
Texas Seelster (Western Maverick/That Day) finished a fast closing second last night at Mohawk in a non-winners pace for colts and geldings. The 3-year-old Seelster bred colt paced his last quarter in :26.3 to finish just three-quarters of a length off the winner. The time of the mile was 1:53.1. Last week at Flamboro, Texas Seelster was a 1:56.3 winner in his first lifetime start.
Mc Taylor (Camluck) was a 1:52.3 winner at Mohawk on July 8.

Gold Rush - Georgian Downs (07/12/2010)
Georgian Downs hosted their main event of the year on Saturday evening, highlighting the best Ontario-sired 3-year-old pacers and trotters in four $130,000 OSS Gold Finals, as well as the top aged Ontario-sired pacers and trotters in the Masters Stakes Finals. Pacing to victory in the 3-year-old colt pace was the Camluck son, Broadies Song. After being parked three-wide at the three-quarter pole, Broadies Song used a :27.3 closing kick to claim the victory by 2-1/2 lengths. The time of the mile was 1:51. To date, Broadies Song has compiled a record of 3-3-2 in 10 starts this season and earnings of over $117,000, after being unraced at 2. Finishing third and fourth to Broadies Song were fellow Camluck sons Big Bay Point and Stonebridge Tonic.
Dreamfair Eternal (Camluck) continued her assault on the aged mare pacing ranks in North America, pacing to a dominant win in the $110,000 Masters Stakes Final. On the lead by the half-mile marker, Dreamfair Eternal equalled Georgian Downs' track record and the Canadian record on a five-eighths mile oval, pacing her mile in 1:50.4. Saturday's victory resulted in Dreamfair Eternal becoming Camluck's 20th million-dollar winner.

Mohawk Raceway hosted the first OSS Gold of the season for the 2-year-colt pacers on Thursday evening. Three divisions were required to determine the top 10 finalists to next week's $130,000 final. In the opening division, Mystician (Camluck) finished second in the 1:53 mile. Prodigal Seelster (Camluck/Platinum Seelster) used a :26.3 closing quarter in the second division to finish third. The time of the mile was a fast 1:52.3. The third and final division of the evening saw Bullet Speed (Camluck) pace to a 1:53.4 victory.

Nautilus Seelster (Ken Warkentin/Northern Kiss) trotted to a third place finish in his OSS Grassroots division on Saturday evening. The time of the mile was 2:00.
On Monday evening at Mohawk, Tarquin Seelster (Ponder/Three Men Dreamin) and Trek Seelster (Modern Art/That Day) took to the track in a conditioned pace for 2-year-old pacing colts. Tarquin Seelster made the early lead and set the fractions until just before the wire where he finished second by 1-1/4 lengths. Trek Seelster raced from off the pace, using a :28.2 closing kick to finish third. The time of the mile was 1:55.4.
The Camluck 3-year-old colts, Toughest Of All and Broadies Song, were both victorious in their respective races on Monday evening at Mohawk. Toughest Of All was a 6-length winner in a time of 1:52.3, while Broadies Song raced from well off the pace to garner his 1:51 victory.

The Ellamony Final - Flamboro Downs (06/19/2010)
Fresh off her world record performance in last week's eliminations, Dreamfair Eternal was sent off as the overwhelming race favourite in Saturday's $120,000 Ellamony Final. Leaving from post 8, Dreamfair Eternal's trip was less than desirable. Racing parked out to the quarter-mile marker, Dreamfair Eternal was forced three-wide from the half-mile marker until the top of the stretch. Suffering interference in the stretch, Dreamfair Eternal rallied hard to make up ground and finish a valiant second. The time of the mile was 1:53.1.
Fan Hanover Stakes Eliminations - Mohawk Raceway (06/19/2010)

Mohawk Raceway hosted their first 2-year-old qualifiers last Saturday, with many Seelster breds hitting the track. Winning their respective qualifiers were colt pacers Prodigal Seelster and Tarquin Seelster. Prodigal Seelster (Camluck) is the first foal from the Western Hanover mare Platinum Seelster p, 2, 1:57.3h; 3, Q1:56f ($44,072), the half sister to Paula Seelster p, 1:50.4s ($657,853) and Pierce Seelster p, 1:50.4s ($309,207). A 2-length winner in 2:00.2, Prodigal Seelster was a $60,000 yearling purchase at the Forest City Yearling Sale. He is owned by Larry Menary, Denis Breton, Kenneth Ewen and Phil Silvestri and is trained by David Menary.
Tarquin Seelster (Ponder) is the first foal from the Real Artist mare Three Men Dreamin p, 2, 1:56.1; 3, 1:51.2 ($94,939). A gate-to-wire winner in 2:00.3 for trainer/owner Alan Fair, Tarquin Seelster was a $35,000 yearling purchase from Harrisburg.
Also qualifying well were Powell Seelster (Modern Art/Pontchatula), who finished second in his race, while Trek Seelster (Modern Art/That Day) finished fourth in his split.
Synergy Seelster, a 2-year-old Mach Three daughter of Silver Seven finished fourth in her first qualifier at Hazel Park.
Windsong Grand Ave was a 1:51.3 winner at Mohawk on Friday evening. The 3-year-old daughter of Camluck has compiled a record of 4 wins and a second in 6 starts this season, increasing her lifetime earnings to $81,000. She will look to take on the best 3-year-old pacing fillies in North America this Saturday at Mohawk, as she will contest the eliminations of the Fan Hanover Stakes.
Cuban Seelster (Intrepid Seelster/Calendar Girl) was victorious at Mohawk on Tuesday evening, winning a non-winners pace. A career winner of over $303,000, Tuesday's victory marked Cuban Seelster's 24th lifetime win.

Dreamfair Eternal continued her assault on the aged pacing mare division at Flamboro Downs on Saturday afternoon. The 6-year-old daughter of Camluck equalled the World Record for aged pacing mares on a half-mile track, winning her elimination of The Ellamony in a scorching 1:51.4. Dreamfair Eternal will look to extend her winning streak in this week's $120,000 final.
The Burlington Stakes - 3-Year-Old Colt Pacers - Mohawk Raceway (06/12/2010)
Stonebridge Tonic (Camluck) withstood a tough-parked out trip to finish a fast-closing second in his division of The Burlington Stakes on Saturday evening. Pacing home in :26.2, Stonebridge Tonic was individually timed in 1:50.4. Stonebridge Tonic remains eligible to this week's eliminations of the North American Cup.
Central Huron Stakes - Clinton Raceway - 2nd Leg (06/13/2010)
The 2nd leg of the Central Huron Stakes was contested on Sunday afternoon at Clinton Raceway. Laredo Seelster (Ken Warkentin/Little Miss Whowho) finished a hard-fought second in his division for trotting colts and geldings. After being parked three wide around the last turn, Laredo Seelster finished 2-1/2 lengths back in second. The time of the mile was 2:01.1.
The fillies and mares pacing divisions were well represented by daughters of Camluck and Western Maverick. In the second division, Exotic Star (Western Maverick) finished a close second in the 1:58.4 mile. The third division was won by Wind Drifter (Western Maverick) in a time of 2:00.3, with Just Got Lucky (Camluck) finishing second by a head. Northern Fling (Camluck) used a pocket trip to claim the win in the fourth division, pacing her mile in 1:59.3. Jael Seelster (Camluck/Juno Laag), who had set the fractions for the race finished second.

Artiscape Pace - Aged Mare Pacers - Tioga Downs (06/06/2010)
Dreamfair Eternal p, 5, 1:49'09 ($912,915) paced to a dominant victory in the $160,000 Artiscape Pace at Tioga Downs on Sunday afternoon. Racing from off the pace during the hot early fractions, Dreamfair Eternal tipped three wide around the final turn and eventually four wide down the stretch where she used a :27.2 closing kick to take the victory by 1-1/2 lengths. The time of the mile was a stakes and track record 1:49.4, marking the first sub 1:50 mile in the history of Tioga Downs. Finishing second to Dreamfair Eternal was Chancey Lady p, 5, 1:49.4'10 ($1,426,080), another daughter of the Hall of Fame stallion Camluck. Dreamfair Eternal was driven to victory by Tony Kerwood for trainer Pat Fletcher and owner John Lamers.

The Upper Canada Cup Final - Georgian Downs (05/29/2010)
Haul Away (Modern Art/Armbro Reno) capitalized on a perfect pocket trip to capture the $472,500 final of the Upper Canada Cup on Saturday evening at Georgian Downs. Using a :27.4 closing kick, Haul Away drew off by 1-1/4 lengths to stop the clock in a time of 1:51.4. The winner's share of the lucrative purse pushed Haul Away's lifetime earnings to over $449,500.
The Honourable Earl Rowe Memorial Cup Trot - Georgian Downs (05/29/2010)
Sand Wyndam, a 5-year-old son of Pegasus Spur, was the runner-up in the $115,500 Earl Rowe Memorial, behind the great trotting mare Buck I St Pat. The time of the mile was 1:54.4.

Central Huron Stakes - 1st Leg - Clinton Raceway (05/30/2010)
Guardian Seelster (Angus Hall/Gramola) and Aztec Seelster (Angus Hall/Armbro Avalanche) were both victorious in their divisions of the Central Huron Stakes for 3-year-old colt trotters. Guardian Seelster trotted to a 10-1/2 length win in a time of 2:01.2 while Aztec Seelster stopped the clock in 2:04.4.
City Of London Pacing Series Finals - Western Fair Raceway - (05/28/2010)
Encore Seelster (Western Maverick/Espirit Seelster) paced to a runner-up finish in the $54,400 final for 3-year-old colt pacers. The time of the mile was 1:57.1.
Jael Seelster (Camluck/Juno Laag) finished third in the $52,600 final for 3-year-old filly pacers. The time of the mile was 1:57.4.

OSS Gold Eliminations - 3-Year-Old Filly Pacers - Western Fair Raceway (05/21/2010)
Warm Waffles, a daughter of Camluck, won her elimination in gate-to-wire fashion in 1:54.2. A $70,000 yearling purchase from Harrisburg, Warm Waffles was making just her fourth lifetime start. Breaking her maiden in an impressive fashion, Warm Waffles will leave from post 5 in this week's $130,000 final for driver David Miller, trainer John Pentland and owner John Pentland.
Molson Pace Eliminations - Western Fair Raceway (05/21/2010)
Legal Litigator, a 5-year-old son on Camluck, finished second by a head in the opening elimination of the Molson Pace. The time of the mile was 1:52.1. With over $211,000 earned this season, Legal Litigator has been a dominant force at Yonkers Raceway. A runner-up in this year's $460,000 Levy Memorial, Legal Litigator will leave from post 5 in this week's $312,000 final for trainer Casie Coleman and owner Robert Hamather. Trevor Henry will be in the bike for this week's final.
Lucky Man, another 5-year-old son of Camluck, finished a strong second in his elimination, being individually timed in a 1:51.4. Trained by Casie Coleman, Lucky Man was driven by Mark MacDonald for owners Brittany Farms and Daisy Acres. In this week's final, Lucky Man will leave from post 2.
The Upper Canada Cup Eliminations - Georgian Downs (05/22/2010)
Three eliminations were required to determine the 10 starters for this Saturday's $472,500 final of The Upper Canada Cup. Broadies Song (Camluck) finished a fast closing third in the opening elimination. The time of the mile was 1:51.4. Leaving from post 3 in this week's final, Broadies Song will be driven by Scott Zeron for trainer Rick Zeron and owners Stephen Scarff and Turnkey Stables.
Taking the second division was Haul Away (Modern Art) in a time of 1:52.2. Haul Away will be driven in this week's final by Tim Tetrick for trainer Dave Menary and owners Larry Menary, Denis Breton, Phil Silvestri and Joseph Settemi. Haul Away will be leave from the rail.
In the third and final elimination, Wellthereyougo (Camluck) paced to a strong runner-up finish, being individually timed in 1:51.4. Trainer Dr. Ian Moore shares ownership of Wellthereyougo with Serge Savard and R G McGroup Ltd. The striking bay son of Camluck will leave from post 6 in this week's final with driver David Miller in the bike.
OSS Grassroots - 3-Year-Old Filly Trotters - Western Fair Raceway (05/19/2010)
Harlequin Seelster, a daughter of Duke Of York and the Angus Hall mare, Hollywood Beauty, trotted to a gait-to-wire victory in the opening OSS Grassroots of the season. The time of the mile was 2:00.2. The victory increased her lifetime earnings to over $30,000.

Nautilus Seelster, a son of Ken Warkentin and the Balanced Image mare, Northern Kiss, finished third in his division of the OSS Grassroots. The time of the mile was 2:01.1.
Ontario Spring Series Final - 3-Year-Old Filly Pacers - Woodbine Raceway (05/10/2010)
Daughters of Camluck dominated the $60,000 final, sweeping the top three spots. Windsong Grand Ave paced to an impressive stakes record of 1:51.4 in winning the final. Warm Waffles finished 3 lengths back on second, while On The Cusp rounded out the top three.
